Business Intelligence & Analytics Service (BIAS)

The aim of this service is to improve client Digital Maturity in accordance with the EDIH Digital Maturity Framework with a focus on Data Management (M2.4), Analytics & Intelligence (M2.5), and Human-centric Digitalisation (M2.3). 

The service will support organisations to improve their Data Management capabilities, with the aim of enabling Business Intelligence and Analytics. The approach will be human-centric – including skill assessments, training, and digital support/mentoring using a networking platform. The emphasis will be on integration of skills and training with client needs and projects. The service will: 

• Assist clients in assessing their readiness for business analytics 
• Devise (with clients) skills assessments plans for training and up-skilling 
• Provide a digital support and mentoring process including community building and networking opportunities, using a customised online learning platform 
• Support clients in building effective data management capabilities for business intelligence and analytics.

What to Expect

1. Seminars: Rolling series of seminars introducing business analytics, case studies, and signposting.
2. Advisory and Training: Company Specific Advisory, Training and facilitated Workshops and one-one sessions on specific problem or need.
3. Community support: Collaborative learning over 3-4 months across company clusters or sectors, with ongoing community support and follow-up (one-to-one meetings, online platform).
