This intense, five-day project-based and team-based workshop combines lectures, readings, and case studies to simulate the environment of a digital innovation-driven enterprise (IDE). Participants are encouraged to bring their digital innovation ideas, be prepared to pitch them, and form diverse teams for an immersive learning experience. The workshop involves pre-course readings and interactive sessions covering aspects like market analysis, customer profiling, value proposition, and business model development.
