The service is designed to demonstrate the transition from manual, paper-based record-keeping systems to digital formats, with the purpose is to streamline data entry, storage, retrieval, and management processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.

What to Expect

This service will commence with a 1 day a consultation to determine the company’s functional requirements for their tracking system.   A technical requirements document will be written that will outline the tracking system selected, summarise the proposed implementation and explain any limitations.  Components and sub-systems will then be sourced.  

Companies will receive a functional demonstration system that will track the desired item. An online dashboard will be provided to monitor, record, and display the tracking information. The demonstration system will use off the shelf components and to enable future replication.

The company will receive a practical implementation of Digital Record Entry and Management applied to a part of their business.
