Who is this Service for?

About

The purpose of this service is to conduct a project feasibility study. This study is a detailed assessment of the practicality of a proposed project plan or method. This is done by analysing technical, economic, legal, operational and time feasibility factors. An effective feasibility study points a project in the right direction by helping decision-makers have a holistic view of the potential benefits, disadvantages, barriers and constraints that could affect its outcome. The main purpose of a feasibility study is to determine whether the project can be not only viable but also beneficial from a technical, financial, legal and market standpoint.

What to Expect

This service will commence with a series of consultations, site / company visits to determine the company’s functional requirements for the proposed project. A detailed study report will be written with executive summary, technology considerations, implementation methodologies, practicality and viability etc. Software / POC’s will be sourced if it is applicable.

Takeaway:

  • A complete project feasibility study report.
  • Proof of concepts as per the applicability.
